Corri-Cor® Archival Water-Resistant
Description/Details:
This top of the range backing board has been developed by Britannia Mounts specifically for framing the most valuable items using conservation framing methods. The archival double corrugated board is made of 100% virgin fibre throughout including the flutes. It conforms to the DIN ISO 9706 standard for permanency and is lignin free, acid free and pH neutral with no optical brighteners. The trademark Britannia Mounts Corri-Cor® bowing in the board helps to keep artwork flat. The water-resistant coating (WR) on the reverse helps to prevent moisture getting into the back of the frame. No barrier board is required. Use in conjunction with Crescent self-adhesive frame sealing tape (white) with aluminium barrier.
